Last written when the ink was fresh. We keep this short on purpose.

BATTLE STATION PC CLUB is a calm computer club, and we treat your details the way we treat the room: quietly and with restraint. This page explains what we collect when you book a station, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. It covers the website and the front desk together.

What we collect

When you use the booking form we ask for a name, an email address, a date, a chosen spot and a number of hours. That is the whole list. We write it to a booking sheet so a seat is held for you and so we can reach you if the room can't take the reservation. We do not ask for a payment card, an address or a date of birth through the site.

Cookies and the site

The website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts load from a public font service so pages render as designed. Your browser may keep small technical items to remember settings; none of them identify you to us. If your browser blocks all of it, the club still works — nothing here depends on being watched.

How we use it

The details you send are used to arrange and confirm your visit, and nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade them, and we do not build a profile of your play. If you subscribe to the ink journal, we use your email only to send an occasional note when the sketch wall turns over, and you can stop it at any time by replying once.

How long we keep it

Booking notes are cleared on a regular cycle once a visit has passed and there is no reason to keep them. We hold nothing longer than the desk actually needs it. Ask us at any visit and we will delete your details from the sheet the same day.

Your choices

You may ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Speak to whoever is at the front desk, or reply to any note we've sent you. We answer in plain language, without forms to fill in. Because the club keeps so little, most of these requests take a moment to settle.

Your rights under data-protection law

This club operates in Argentina, so the personal details you share are handled under the Personal Data Protection Act (Ley N.º 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales) and its regulations. You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, free of charge at reasonable intervals, and to have them updated, corrected or removed. We keep your booking data only as long as it is useful for running the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can contact the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP, argentina.gob.ar/aaip), the national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
